Configuring your email app...
Use the following values when requested by your email app.
- Username
- Your full email address.
- Password
- Your email password. (This might not be the same as your regular account password.)

Use TLS? Yes
You only need to configure POP3 or IMAP. You don't need both as they both do the same thing — retrieve mail from the server.
IMAP leaves your mail on the server and reads it from there when you want to access it. (Some apps will keep a local copy of some messages when using IMAP.)
POP3 copies your mail from the server to your computer so you have a local copy and can read it even when you are not online.
